We teach ages 3-8 basic life skills during their most important time of development.

(This class also includes the Tiny Tigers)

We teach Focus, Balance, Control, Coordination,

Discipline, and Teamwork in a fun and positive way that helps boost your child's confidence. It is not all about kicking and punching. It is about becoming a well-balanced individual.

We teach kids how to deal with bullies and to defend themselves when necessary.

Bullying today:

  • Bullying affects nearly one in three American schoolchildren in grades six through 10.

  • 83% of girls and 79 percent of boys report experiencing harassment.

  • Six out of 10 teenagers say they witness bullying in school once a day.

  • It is estimated that 160,000 children miss school every day due to fear of attack or intimidation by other students.

Kenpo is a hybrid martial art that blends together the hard linear motions of Karate with the soft circular motions of Kung Fu. It brings together the elements of Grappling, Kicking and Punching into a highly effective system of Self Defense. This system has been made popular by its ability to allow people who are smaller or not particularly strong to defend themselves against larger opponents.

BJJ teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent by using leverage and weight distribution to take the fight to the ground, and then applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. We break it down to the basics of BJJ to develop a thorough understanding of the mechanics behind the techniques.
